ll cover a distance approximately 3 km to the finish point at area Food Festival
With sow flower procession through the helicopter, followed by a dancer Hanoman who will emerge from the sea carrying the flag of Kuta Karnival to be handed offer to the representative government of the Republic of Indonesia, will start the course of Kuta Karnival Culture Parade that involving at least 2,500 artists from the circle of local, national, and international level.
The main appeal of the Culture Parade is a 15 Ogoh-ogoh (giant doll) accompanied by 300 legong dancers , an original work of dance artists from Kuta that has become a legend in this country, the master Mr. I Wayan Lotring.
